EVS Notary – Missouri Remote Online Notary By booking a Remote Online Notarization appointment, you agree to the following: Confirm Electronic Acceptance Remote Online Notarization is legal in Missouri. However, it is your responsibility to confirm that the person or organization receiving your document will accept electronic signatures and electronic notarizations before booking. Identity Verification Required All signers must: *Present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID *Complete secure identity verification (KBA and/or biometric scan) *Join from a device with working audio, video, and stable internet If identity verification cannot be completed, the session may need to be rescheduled. Session & Technology Most sessions take approximately 20–30 minutes. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and your ID ready before the appointment. No Legal Advice EVS Notary does not provide legal advice and does not review documents for accuracy or completeness. Recording Required by Law Missouri law requires all remote notarization sessions to be audio-video recorded. No Refunds After Completion All fees are non-refundable once the notarization session has been completed. By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
