What to Expect at Your Appointment

  • All signers must be present at the time of the appointment
  • Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required
  • Documents must be complete (do not sign in advance)
  • The notary cannot choose or complete your notarial act
  • Witnesses may be required for certain documents (must be 18+ and not family members)
  • Travel fee is due once the notary is en route
