I'm the founder of Emerald Verification Services, LLC (dba EVS Notary and EVS HR Consulting). I'm a Missouri Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and SHRM-CP certified HR professional based in the St. Louis metro area, and I built this business on one idea - your documents deserve someone who takes them as seriously as you do.

Why I do this work

I spent 23 years in corporate Human Resources before leaving in 2021. That wasn't just a career change; it was a decision to build something I owned, on my own terms, using everything I'd learned about compliance, confidentiality, and doing things the right way.

Notary work and HR compliance have more in common than most people realize; both demand precision, discretion, and the judgment to know when something needs a closer look. I bring that same standard to every signing, every document, and every client.
