Call to Set Up an Appointment - 314/804-0021

State the type of document(s) you need notarized

Signers must have an acceptable ID to verify their identity:

Examples include a valid driver's license, passport, or military ID

Unacceptable ID cards include Social Security cards, birth certificates, and credit cards

Meeting Location
-
During the appointment call, we will discuss a meeting location that is convenient to the Signer:

Your place of business, your home, or a local place of business such as Panera Bread, Starbucks, Post Office, etc.

Notarizing your Document(s)

The signer must personally appear at the time of the scheduled notarization
-
Notarial act recorded and signer will sign Journal
-
Complete, sign, and seal a Notary Certificate for each notarization performed
Accepted Payment Methods: CashApp ($EVSvcs), Zelle, Venmo (@evsnotary) or credit card.
*Fees for Notary services and travel will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial call.
**Travel Fee - Once travel has begun, the travel fee is payable even if the notarization or task cannot be completed.
