To provide accurate and timely inspections, please review our policy before booking: *Access Required: Someone must be available to provide property access, or clear instructions must be given before the inspection. *Accurate Information: Please provide the correct property address, contact details, and any special instructions when booking. *Documentation: We provide photos and a written progress report after each site visit. If your company requires us to use its own report form or portal, we are happy to upload the information and photos directly. *No Construction Advice: We do not provide building, engineering, or legal advice. Our role is to document and verify project progress for lenders and builders. *Travel Fees: Once travel to the site has begun, the inspection fee is due even if the inspection cannot be completed (for example, due to restricted access). *Quotes & Scheduling: Call or text before booking if you need a custom quote or have multiple sites to schedule.
