Hi, I'm Rosalyn
I'm the founder of Emerald Verification Services, LLC - doing business as EVS Notary and EVS HR Consulting. I'm a Missouri Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and SHRM-CP certified HR professional based in the St. Louis metro area, and I built this business on one idea: your documents deserve someone who takes them as seriously as you do.
Why I do this work
I spent 23 years in corporate Human Resources before leaving in 2021 to build something of my own - using everything I'd learned about compliance, confidentiality, and doing things the right way. Notary work and HR compliance have more in common than most people realize: both demand precision, discretion, and the judgment to know when something needs a closer look.
