Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation & Quote All services begin with a scheduled consultation to review your document type, language pair, and timeline. After the consultation, you’ll receive a custom quote within 1–2 business days. 2. Pricing Pricing is based on document length, language complexity, and turnaround time. Minimum charges apply, and rush services are available for an additional fee. 3. Payment Full payment is required before translation work begins. Payment links will be sent upon quote approval. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods. 4. Turnaround Time Standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on the project. Expedited service may be available upon request and subject to rush fees. 5. Certified Translations We provide certified translations that meet requirements for USCIS, legal, medical, academic, and professional use. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients must submit clear, legible documents and confirm correct spellings and details. Revisions due to client errors may incur additional charges. 7. Refunds & Cancellations No refunds are issued once translation work has started. If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus any consultation or administrative fees. 8.
